Best Putra Gloves (BPG) was established in 2003. Currently, the total number of employees stands at 190. BPG is a manufacturer of medical latex gloves of the highest quality. The plant is equipped with automated state-of-the-art production facilities which enable us to produce consistent world class quality gloves.
BPG has been certified by Malaysian Rubber Board on August 23rd 2004 as a producer of Standard Malaysian Glove (SMG). BPG is also an ISO-9001:2000 and ISO-13485:2003 certified company. Currently we are being evaluated for Conformité Européenne (CE) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) accreditations.
The company has 4 production lines and in 2008 the total production output of the company was 45 million pairs of surgical gloves and 145 million pieces of examination gloves. The company will be shifting to its new premises in Nilai tentatively in the third quater of 2009 with 6 additional lines.
BPG's main trust in its product quality. This is a proven case as all goverment hospitals in Malaysia are using our examination and surgical gloves, making us the largest player in the Malaysian market. The company is now focusing its growth on the overseas market segment. |
